SUSS MicroTec enters wafer-cleaning market with GreenTec Solutions
SUSS MicroTec SE has announced its entry into the wafer-level cleaning market with the launch of the GreenTec Solutions product line. The company introduced its first system, the GT200, which is designed for 200 mm process development, qualification, and production applications.
