Sustainability awards expand recognition for Brazilian ESG initiatives

Brazil is seeing increased institutional recognition for corporate sustainability through various awards. The Immensità Environmental Awareness Award has announced its sixth edition, scheduled for June 3, 2027, in São Paulo. The organizers aim to expand the initiative nationally, targeting over 300 project entries and introducing a new study on the ESG maturity of Brazilian companies.

Additionally, Amcham Brasil is accepting applications for the 2026 Eco Award until August 31. This initiative recognizes companies and leaders who integrate sustainability into their core business strategies. The award includes a specific category for 'Eco Leaders' to honor CEOs and executives driving socio-environmental agendas within their organizations.
