Sutton disabled woman's rodent‑infested flat crisis

A 45‑year‑old disabled resident of Sutton, London, has been living in a first‑floor flat plagued by a massive fly infestation and a mouse problem. She suffers from spinal conditions that make climbing the 14 steps to her home take up to 40 minutes, and she says repeated requests for relocation or disability adaptations from her social housing provider have been ignored, worsening her health.
