Suwałki readies for Dni Suwałki 2026 festival and strongman championships

The city of Suwałki will host the Dni Suwałki 2026 celebrations from 7 to 9 August. The opening on Friday includes a vernissage of the exhibition “W niebiańskiej przestrzeni” at the Galeria Mariana Murawskiego, followed by a market and food zone on Saturday.

Saturday’s main program on the Bulwary nad Czarną Hańczą features a municipal parade welcomed by the mayor, concerts by Maciej Skiba, Kaeyra and Agnieszka Chylińska, and a literary contest “Suwalskie Limeryki Latem”. Sunday continues with concerts, a dance competition and the European Strongman Team Poland championships at the Jadwiga Olbryś stadium, culminating in the VI Suwałska Potańcówka.

The events are organized by the City of Suwałki, the Suwałki Cultural Centre, Radio ZET, the Maria Konopnicka Public Library and the Suwałskie Starszaki association.
