Suzano launches talent pool for people with disabilities

Suzano, a global leader in pulp production, has launched a talent pool specifically for people with disabilities (PCD). The initiative aims to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by integrating accessibility, equity, and respect into its selection processes.

Registration is open through May 2027 via the Gupy platform. Interested professionals can apply regardless of whether a specific vacancy is currently available. Applicants are required to attach a medical report during the registration process.

The talent pool covers six Brazilian states where the company maintains operations: Maranhão, Espírito Santo, Bahia, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, and Ceará. Once registered, candidates will be part of the company's talent community and may be identified for future selection processes that match their profiles, interests, and locations.
