Suzlon Energy appoints new President and secures 200 MW wind order

Suzlon Energy has appointed Manjari Upadhye as President of Renewable Energy (RE) Asset Management Services. Upadhye, who joins from Mahindra & Mahindra Auto Division, will report to the Group CEO as part of the company’s ‘Suzlon 2.0’ strategy to become an integrated wind-first renewable energy technology solutions provider.

In a separate development, Suzlon has secured a 200 MW wind energy order from Ayana Renewable Power. The project will be executed through Suzlon’s end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, covering turbine supply, land acquisition, and operations and maintenance. This marks Suzlon’s third DevCo-led wind order across Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, and its S144 platform has now surpassed the 10 GW milestone.
