Suzuki announces upcoming events in Hamamatsu for September 2026

Suzuki has announced its participation in several upcoming events in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, scheduled for September 2026.

On September 6, 2026, the company will host the eighth Katana Meeting at Tokinosumika Fruit Park. The event is designed for Katana motorcycle owners and fans, featuring stage events, talk shows with design teams, and a charity initiative for Kumamoto earthquake relief. The previous year's gathering saw approximately 1,490 attendees.

Following this, Suzuki will sponsor the India Hamamatsu Festival 2026 on September 12–13 at Shinkawa Mall. The festival aims to foster cultural exchange between the local Japanese community and Indian residents. This year's event will feature vegetarian and gluten-free Japanese food options to accommodate dietary needs. Suzuki, which has a significant manufacturing and investment presence in India, intends to use the festival to strengthen the connection between India, Japan, and Hamamatsu.
