Suzuki expands hybrid MPV lineup in Southeast Asia

Suzuki is expanding its hybrid MPV lineup in Southeast Asia with new model updates and potential regional launches. In the Philippines, the company has introduced the Ertiga GLX AT Hybrid Sport, featuring an aerodynamic accessory package including spoilers for the front, sides, and rear. This version aims to attract younger buyers while maintaining fuel efficiency through its hybrid powertrain.

In Vietnam, registration data suggests that Suzuki may introduce two new configurations of the XL7 Hybrid: the GL AT and the GLX+ AT. These models show fuel consumption rates of approximately 5.91 liters/100 km and 5.85 liters/100 km, respectively. This follows the release of the 2026 XL7 in Indonesia, which features a redesigned front grille, new 16-inch alloy wheels, and updated LED lighting elements.
