Suzuki renews partnership with FIPSAS for underwater sports

Suzuki has renewed its partnership with the Italian Federation of Sport Fishing, Underwater Activities, and Finswimming (FIPSAS). The collaboration supports various aspects of the federation's activities, ranging from local events to the international achievements of the Italian national team.

The partnership was recently highlighted during the Subacquatica 2026 event held between Ponza and Ventotene from September 23 to October 4. Suzuki provided motors for the boats used by athletes during the competition, which included disciplines such as digital underwater video, photography, and photographic safaris. Beyond the sporting aspect, the event served a scientific purpose by monitoring fish species within the Ventotene and Santo Stefano Marine Protected Area.

Following the event, the Italian national underwater photography and video team achieved significant success at the World Championships in Bali, securing nine medals: three gold, three silver, and three bronze, placing Italy at the top of the medal standings.
