Suzuki Swift prices rise significantly in Hungary
The average advertising price of the Suzuki Swift has increased by 25.8 percent within a single year in Hungary, according to data from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH) and Használtautó.hu. This surge is attributed to stable demand, as Suzuki models are among the fastest-selling used vehicles in the country.
While the overall average price for used cars in Hungary saw a slight decrease from 5.56 million HUF to 5.46 million HUF, the availability of affordable options has diminished. The share of vehicles priced under 2.5 million HUF fell by 3.4 percentage points, now accounting for 34.6 percent of listings.
In the new car market, registrations rose by 13.3 percent in the first half of 2026 compared to the previous year. The electric vehicle segment saw the most significant growth, with a 43.6 percent increase in pure electric car registrations.
