Suzuki trims Fronx price and adds Fronx Sport, Jimny variants in Malaysia

Naza Eastern Motors, the official Suzuki distributor in Malaysia, announced a RM29,000 price reduction for the standard Suzuki Fronx, now retailing at RM118,888 without insurance, down from RM147,888. At the same time, the company launched the Fronx Sport, a sportier, mild‑hybrid variant priced at RM130,888, featuring a 1.5‑litre NA engine with Integrated Starter Generator, a six‑speed automatic, 17‑inch alloys, a raft of ADAS safety systems and a five‑year/100,000 km battery warranty.

In addition, Suzuki introduced two new Jimny models: the AllGrip Plus, equipped with a 1.5‑litre K15B engine, front‑ and rear‑parking sensors, adaptive cruise control and a 9‑inch infotainment screen, priced at RM158,900; and the Rhino Plus, a lifestyle‑focused version with 15‑inch wheels and extra styling, priced at RM173,900. Both Jimny variants carry a three‑year/100,000 km warranty. The launches aim to broaden Suzuki’s compact SUV lineup and strengthen its market position in Malaysia.
