Suzuki updates motorcycle lineup with GSX-R1000R and GSX-8R
Suzuki is expanding its motorcycle lineup with new models designed for different riding needs. The GSX-R1000R has been reintroduced to the Japanese market, meeting Euro 5+ emission standards. While its peak power is slightly lower at 190ps compared to previous versions, the model maintains a weight of 203kg and features improved electronic controls and engine refinement based on racing feedback.
Additionally, the GSX-8R has arrived in new markets, offering a balance between sportiness and daily comfort. Built on the GSX-8S platform, it features a 776cc parallel two-cylinder engine producing 83 horsepower. The model includes the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), a bidirectional quickshifter, and Showa SFF-BP front suspension to enhance its street-focused performance.
