Suzuki XL7 hybrid facelift expected to launch in Vietnam
The updated Suzuki XL7 hybrid is expected to debut in the Vietnamese market by the end of October. While Suzuki Vietnam has not officially confirmed the launch, dealership information and recent regulatory filings suggest an imminent release.
Data from the Vietnam Register shows that Suzuki has submitted energy label applications for two new configurations: the XL7 Hybrid GL AT and the XL7 Hybrid GLX+ AT. This indicates the model may expand from its current single-configuration offering to two distinct versions.
The facelifted model, which has already been introduced in markets like Indonesia, features several exterior and interior upgrades. Exterior changes include a redesigned front grille, revised front bumpers, new LED fog lights, and redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin is expected to receive a larger 9-inch infotainment screen supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with updated trim on the dashboard and door panels. Higher-end versions may also include 360-degree cameras, dash cams, and tire pressure monitoring systems. The vehicle is expected to retain its 1.5L mild-hybrid engine producing 105 horsepower, paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
