Suzy Greenwood transforms family home in Devon into Seaflowers business

Suzy Greenwood has successfully transformed her family home in Frogmore, Devon, into a thriving holiday business named Seaflowers. After purchasing the property from her parents in August 2023, Greenwood initially attempted to manage the transition through a local holiday letting agent while maintaining her corporate career.

Following six months without any bookings, Greenwood terminated the agency agreement to manage the business personally. She undertook the renovation of the property herself, often working on the house outside of her professional hours. The interior design incorporates the work of Dartmouth artist Bert Fowler, featuring his distinctive characters in each room.
