Svea Bank receives multiple awards for employer branding and HR

Svea Bank has received multiple accolades for its employer branding, human resources, and organizational culture. The company was named a Role Model in Employer Branding 2026 and received the Employer Branding Team of the Year award from Karriärföretagen. Additionally, HR Chief Eva Cederlöf and the HR team were recognized as Role Models in HR 2026.

In Norway, Ina Grindheim was awarded HR Leader of the Year. The Svea Bank group also maintained its position on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ in Europe list, ranking 57th this year.

In Finland, employee surveys conducted by Great Place to Work® highlight high levels of psychological safety and trust within the organization. Reported figures include 92 percent of Finnish employees feeling management trusts them to work without constant supervision, and 97 percent feeling management understands that human errors can occur. 96 percent of employees reported feeling they can be themselves at work.
