Svetlin Todorov restructures Shelly Group SE shareholdings

Svetlin Todorov, a board member and shareholder of Shelly Group SE, has restructured his holdings through an in-kind contribution. He transferred 1,184,995 shares, representing 6.53% of the company's share capital and voting rights, to Salisto Holdings LLC.

Salisto Holdings LLC is a company solely controlled by Mr. Todorov. Following this transfer, his direct ownership in Shelly Group SE stands at 21.26%, while his indirect ownership through Salisto Holdings LLC is 6.53%. His total aggregate position and control over the company remain unchanged at 27.79%.
