S&W and RSM expand UK tax advisory teams

Professional services firms S&W and RSM are expanding their tax and advisory capabilities through key senior appointments in the United Kingdom.

S&W has appointed Rosemary Prendecki and Andrew Robinson as partners to grow its transactions tax practice. Prendecki joins from EY, bringing expertise in private capital transactions and mid-market advisory. Robinson joins from KPMG, with experience in deal advisory, due diligence, and restructuring. The pair will support domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and divestments, working alongside S&W’s corporate finance and transaction services teams.

In Birmingham, RSM has appointed Sarah Sullivan as a tax director to strengthen its private client services team. Sullivan, who previously held a director role at Azets and worked at KPMG, will specialize in transaction tax and private business advisory. Her role focuses on supporting entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and private equity-backed businesses throughout the business lifecycle.
