Swansea City defeats Burnley to return to promotion places

Burnley, managed by Nicky Hayen, remains at the bottom of the Championship, marking their fourth defeat in seven league matches. The match featured the debut of 39-year-old striker Jamie Vardy, who entered as a substitute but had a goal ruled out for offside.

Adam Idah opened the scoring for Swansea in the 14th minute after capitalizing on a challenge involving goalkeeper Max Weiss. The defeat leaves Burnley still searching for their first win of the season.
