Sweco appoints Rani Shaba as division director

Sweco has appointed Rani Shaba as the new division director for Architecture & Construction West (ABV). Shaba, who previously served as the department manager for Water and Climate, will also join the Sweco Denmark national leadership team.

The appointment is intended to strengthen the integrated architecture and construction business in the western region, meeting a growing demand for multidisciplinary solutions. Sweco CEO Dariush Rezai noted that Shaba’s ability to integrate different professional disciplines makes him suitable for the role.

Shaba succeeds Jeppe Madsen, who is stepping down to pursue new opportunities outside the consulting industry.
