Robbie Ure draws interest from Olympique Lyonnais and other European clubs

Scottish striker Robbie Ure has become a hot prospect in European football after scoring 16 goals in 16 matches for Swedish side IK Sirius in the first half of the 2025‑26 season. His market value is estimated at around €5 million and he is under contract until 2029.

Ure’s form was highlighted in Sirius’s 4‑4 draw with league leaders Mjällby, where he netted four times, including a hat‑trick, and provided an assist. His prolific scoring has attracted several clubs, most prominently French Ligue 1 team Olympique Lyonnais, which is reported to be preparing a bid. German side TSG Hoffenheim, Greek club Olympiakos Piraeus, Ukrainian side Polessya, and French clubs Strasbourg and Nice have also been linked to a move.

If a transfer materialises, it would see the 22‑year‑old move from Sweden to a top‑five European league, potentially boosting his career and providing Lyon with a versatile forward.
