Sweden sees surge in rental listings in Upplands Väsby and Västerort

Property listings for rent in the Stockholm suburbs of Upplands Väsby and Västerort show a high number of vacant apartments. In Upplands Väsby, 209 apartments are currently available, with nine new listings and nine rentals recorded in the latest daily update. The listings include apartments ranging from two to four rooms, with monthly rents cited between 8,000 and 12,000 Swedish crowns.

In Västerort, the vacancy count is considerably larger, with 1,407 available units, 59 new listings and 56 rentals recorded. The average size of the Västerort apartments is around 100 m², and rent figures mentioned range from 4,000 to 10,000 crowns. Both areas are part of Stockholm County and the data reflect recent market activity for standard rental housing.
