Swedish AI firms urge governance and strategic adoption as generative tools mature

Robin Kling, founder of Mpya Digital, says AI maturity is a leadership issue, not just a tools issue. He outlines three levels – individual, process and autonomous – and urges management to decide which processes to elevate, which tasks to automate and in what order.
