Swedish golfer Maja Stark entered the Evian Championship with a neck strain that limited her movement but still posted a 71‑stroke second round, keeping her tied for eighth place, six strokes behind leader Akie Iwai. She joined fellow Swedes Frida Kinhult (tied 92nd), Anna Nordqvist (tied 20th), Kajsa Arwefjäll (tied 41st), Linn Grant (tied 78th) and Ingrid Lindblad (129th) on the leaderboard.
At the Nordea Open in Båstad, Swedish women were eliminated from the singles draw. Caijsa Hennemann fell to fifth‑seeded Sinja Kraus 2‑6, 4‑6, while Kajsa Rinaldo Persson lost to Spain's Kaitlin Quevedo 7‑6(5), 3‑6, 6‑3. Earlier exits included Grace Bernstein, Linea Bajraliu and Lisa Zaar. In doubles, the top‑seeded pair Emily Appleton (GBR) and Makoto Ninomiya (JPN) defeated Swedish side Lisa Zaar and Caijsa Hennemann 7‑6(3), 6‑3.
