Swedish books examine immigration policy and boost organizational change

Authors Christian Lindell and journalist Alex Voronov released "Den långa bluffen", a 180‑page critique of Sweden's immigration debate. The book argues that the discourse is built on exaggerated claims and questions common metrics such as unemployment rates used to judge integration, calling for a more accurate picture of policy outcomes.

Separately, business author Staffan Sundgren and the team of Maria Widström, Anna Olsson and Anette Hallin promoted two titles aimed at improving organisational performance. Sundgren’s "Vänd på pyramiden!" shows how decentralising decision‑making can enhance profitability, while "Förändringsledning" (2nd edition) offers a toolbox of methods and reflections for leaders driving change initiatives.
