Swedish house sales in Gryt and Habo total over 6 million kronor

In the village of Gryt, an 80 square‑metre house at Syltvik Krokudden 1 was purchased by Nils Jonas Marcus Nilsson, 57, and Petra Susanna Augusta Rydholm, 49, from sellers Sven Christer and Liselotte Maria Tingvall.

In Habo, a 121 square‑metre house on Vagnmakaregatan 12 was bought by Conny Rickard Hjalmar Rahm and Helena Victoria Nordin for 3.05 million kronor. The transaction follows a period of stable house prices in Habo municipality, with a recent 13 % annual increase locally and a 2.9 % rise in the wider region.

Both deals illustrate ongoing activity in the Swedish secondary‑property market, where comparable sales in the area have ranged from 2.5 to 8.2 million kronor over the past year.
