Swedish intelligence investigation traces Russian spy meetings

Following the Swedish Security Service's disruption of a Russian intelligence operation, investigations have identified specific locations used by a secret agent and their Russian handler to plan activities against Sweden.

Surveillance footage and photographs indicate meetings took place at the Sofia Church in Södermalm, Stockholm, and at a pub in the Sundbyberg suburb. A local bar owner identified the individuals in surveillance images, noting they frequently visited the establishment to order food and drinks. The intelligence operation involved an agent stationed at a foreign embassy in Stockholm.
