Swedish political parties seek increased investment in new medicines

This consensus comes amid intensifying global competition for research and pharmaceutical launches, which has impacted Sweden's competitiveness. Proponents argue that a modernized policy should incorporate broader socioeconomic factors, such as work capacity and sick leave, into decision-making processes.
