Sweden real estate: Various property sales recorded across municipalities

Various real estate transactions were completed across Sweden in late 2026, reflecting diverse market trends in different municipalities.

In Limhamn, a house on Beleshögsvägen 23 sold for 13.5 million SEK in August. Meanwhile, in Norrtälje, a 56-square-meter house on Sjöbrisvägen 13 was sold for 1.775 million SEK in September. Other notable sales include a farm in Gränna for 6.5 million SEK and a villa in Vimmerby for 5.025 million SEK.

Regional data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates varying price movements. In Norrtälje, villa prices rose by 5.2 percent over the last three months, while in Falun, prices have remained largely stagnant over the same period. In Markaryd, prices for villas have seen a slight decrease of 0.6 percent recently.
