Swedish real estate: Multiple villa sales recorded across various municipalities

Various residential property sales have been finalized across several Swedish municipalities, including Leksand, Mullsjö, Hallstavik, and Malmö.

In Leksand, a 170-square-meter house on Berg Nussåkersvägen 4 was sold for 6,000,000 SEK in August 2026. Data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates that villa prices in Leksand municipality have risen by 2.9 percent over the last three months.

In Mullsjö, a 203-square-meter property on Violgatan 7 was sold for 2,450,000 SEK in July 2026. Prices in Mullsjö have remained largely stable over the last three months.

In Hallstavik, a 149-square-meter house on Furuvägen 29 was sold for 2,360,000 SEK in August 2026. Villa prices in the Norrtälje municipality, where Hallstavik is located, saw an 11.4 percent increase over the last three months.

In Malmö, a 109-square-meter house on Skimmelgatan 55 was sold for 5,300,000 SEK in August 2026. Villa prices in Malmö municipality have increased by 3.1 percent over the last three months.
