According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, villa prices in Norrtälje municipality have risen by 5.2 percent over the last three months, with a 10 percent increase recorded over the past year.

In Höllviken, a 132-square-meter property on Klockarevägen was sold for 10,000,000 SEK. This marks a significant increase from its previous sale in 2015, when it was valued at 4,500,000 SEK. Villa prices in Vellinge municipality, where Höllviken is located, have seen a 5.5 percent increase in the last three months.
