Sweden residential property sales recorded across multiple municipalities

Various residential property transactions have been completed across several Swedish municipalities during the summer of 2026.

In Äppelbo, a 50-square-meter house on Tyngsjövägen 48 was sold for 600,000 SEK. In Sandhem, a 26-square-meter house on Sandtorp 5 was sold for 1,200,000 SEK, representing a significant value increase from its 2023 sale. In Markaryd, a 60-square-meter house on Ekhult 2101 was purchased for 1,625,000 SEK.

Other notable sales include a 58-square-meter house on Blåsippestigen 13 in Väddö for 1,700,000 SEK, an 82-square-meter house in Vimmerby transferred via gift, and a 144-square-meter villa in Svedala for 5,550,000 SEK.

According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, market trends vary by region: villa prices in Svedala have risen by 8.0 percent over the last three months, while prices in Norrtälje municipality have seen an 11.4 percent increase in the same period. Conversely, prices in Malung-Sälens and Mullsjö municipalities have remained largely stable over the last three months.
