Sweden residential property sales recorded across multiple municipalities

Various residential property transactions were completed across several Swedish municipalities in August 2026. These sales reflect diverse market trends in regions such as Falun, Jönköping, Norrtälje, Limhamn, and Bjärred.

In Norrtälje, a 43-square-meter house sold for 2,220,000 SEK, while villa prices in the municipality rose by 11.4 percent over the last three months. In Jönköping, a 132-square-meter house was sold for 4,900,000 SEK, with local villa prices increasing by 3.9 percent in the same period.

Other notable sales include a 150-square-meter terraced house in Limhamn for 7,350,000 SEK and a 97-square-meter house in Bjärred for 4,400,000 SEK.
