Sweden residential property sales reported in Malmö, Huskvarna, and Tällberg

Recent residential property transactions in Sweden highlight varying market trends across different regions. In Malmö, a villa on Fridhemsvägen 20 sold for 24,000,000 SEK in August 2026, with local villa prices rising 3.1 percent over the last three months.

In Huskvarna, a 115-square-meter terraced house on Hästhagsgatan 67 was purchased for 3,500,000 SEK. Jönköping municipality has seen villa prices increase by 3.9 percent in the last three months.

In Tällberg, a 60-square-meter house on Dalecarliabyn 19 sold for 2,300,000 SEK. While this specific property saw a value decrease compared to its 2022 sale, villa prices in Leksand municipality have risen 2.9 percent over the last three months.
