Swedish real estate transactions reported in Huskvarna and Hallstavik

Recent residential property transactions have been recorded in Huskvarna and Hallstavik, Sweden. In Huskvarna, a 212-square-meter house on Vitklövervägen 7 was sold for 4,450,000 SEK, with the new owners taking possession in August 2026. Data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates that villa prices in Jönköping municipality have remained largely stable over the last three months, while the wider county saw a 2.3 percent increase over the past year.

In Hallstavik, an 89-square-meter property on Ringvägen 23 was sold for 1,550,000 SEK in August 2026. In contrast to the stability seen in Jönköping, villa prices in Norrtälje municipality, where Hallstavik is located, rose by 5.2 percent over the last three months. Over the past year, Norrtälje municipality experienced a 10 percent increase in property prices.
