Various residential property transactions and market trends have been reported across several Swedish municipalities.
In Norrahammar, a 148-square-meter house on Bergsgatan 12 sold for 4,750,000 SEK in August 2026. Data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates that villa prices in Jönköping municipality have remained largely stable over the last three months.
In Traryd, a 106-square-meter home on Hallandsvägen 25 sold for 1,050,000 SEK in August 2026. While prices in Markaryd municipality have remained steady recently, the county has seen a 0.6 percent decrease in villa prices over the same period.
Other notable sales include a 38-square-meter property in Norrtälje sold for 1,050,000 SEK, where municipality prices rose by 5.2 percent in the last three months. Additionally, an inheritance transfer occurred for a 149-square-meter property in Barsebäckshamn, following a period where Kävlinge municipality saw a 2.6 percent increase in villa prices.
