Real estate transactions recorded across various Swedish municipalities

Various real estate transactions and ownership transfers have been recorded across different regions in Sweden during August and September 2026.

In Skillingaryd, Nina Maria Melander acquired a 91-square-meter house on Målaregatan 3 for 1,100,000 SEK. In Ljungby, Olof Lukas Mattias Strand and Emmelie Lisa Madeleine Richthoff purchased a 195-square-meter property on Ulvabäcksgatan 11A for 3,500,000 SEK.

On Väddö, Väddö Aktivitet och Inspiration AB bought a 32-square-meter house on Ortalavägen 141 for 945,000 SEK. Additionally, in Lönneberga, Daniel Örjan Torsten Segerström received a 118-hectare estate, primarily consisting of forest, as a gift from Bengt Ragnvald Johansson.

Market data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates varying trends: villa prices in Ljungby municipality fell by 7.7 percent over the last three months, while prices in Norrtälje municipality rose by 5.2 percent during the same period. Hultsfred municipality saw a 3.0 percent increase in villa prices.
