Swedish residential property sales show regional price shifts

Various residential property transactions have been recorded across several Swedish municipalities, reflecting localized trends in the housing market.

In Falun, a 118-square-meter house sold for 4,000,000 SEK in August 2026. According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, villa prices in Falun municipality rose by 6.8 percent over the last three months. In Norrtälje, a 50-square-meter house was sold for 3,000,000 SEK, with the municipality seeing an 11.4 percent increase in villa prices over the same three-month period.

Other notable sales include a 65-square-meter house in Annerstad for 750,000 SEK, where prices rose 4.0 percent in the last three months. In Malmö, a 100-square-meter terraced house sold for 4,350,000 SEK, amidst a 3.1 percent rise in local villa prices. In Taberg, a property sold for 2,550,000 SEK, contributing to a 3.9 percent increase in villa prices within Jönköping municipality over the last quarter.
