Swedish Royal Family promotes nature and youth health

The Swedish Royal Family participated in activities celebrating the national Day of Public Access (Allemansrätten) and the annual Generation Pep Day. Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, and Princess Estelle visited the Nacka nature reserve near Stockholm to experience the forest. During the outing, the family practiced 'Shinrin-Yoku', a Japanese form of nature therapy involving quiet meditation in the woods.

Additionally, Prince Daniel and Crown Princess Victoria attended the Generation Pep Day at Hagapark. The organization, co-founded by the couple in 2016, aims to encourage children and adolescents to lead active, healthy lifestyles through various sports and activities. Prince Daniel expressed his emotional connection to the initiative, emphasizing the importance of being a role model for children to discover the joy of physical movement.
