Anton Dahlberg and Lovisa Karlsson secured a bronze medal in the 470 class at the sailing World Cup in Los Angeles, the same venue slated for the 2028 Olympic sailing events. It was the duo’s first competition together since winning bronze at the Paris 2024 Olympics, and Dahlberg’s fifth Olympic campaign after previously earning silver in Tokyo 2020.

Swedish federation coach Magnus Grävare highlighted the pair’s experience as a key advantage, noting the varied conditions on the LA waters—from light breezes to strong winds—provided a strong test ahead of the upcoming Games.
