Swedish real estate: Property sales and price trends

Recent property transaction data reveals varied trends across several Swedish municipalities. In Malmö municipality, specifically in Bunkeflostrand and Klagshamn, villa prices have seen a rise of 2.9 percent over the last three months. Notable sales in Bunkeflostrand include a property on Skeppargränd sold for 8.1 million SEK and a transfer of Dahliavägen 13 via gift. In Klagshamn, a house on Kantvägen 32 was sold for 8.25 million SEK.

In contrast, the Ljungby municipality reported a 10.4 percent increase in villa prices over the last three months, despite local prices remaining relatively stable compared to the regional average. In Vimmerby, property prices have remained largely unchanged over the recent period.

According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, while villa prices in Malmö municipality have risen by 2.9 percent in the last quarter, prices in the wider county have seen a higher increase of 4.8 percent during the same period.
