Sweid & Sweid appoints McLaren Construction for BAY360 project

Developer Sweid & Sweid has appointed McLaren Construction as the primary contractor for BAY360, a new mixed-use development and lifestyle destination located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028.

BAY360 will be partially constructed on reclaimed land from Lake D and is designed to serve as a community focal point. The development will feature upscale retail and dining, wellness and recreational amenities, landscaped outdoor areas, and enhanced pedestrian connections to the waterfront.

McLaren Construction will manage all aspects of the build, including site preparation, structural works, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), façade and interior fit-out, and landscaping for the retail and office buildings. This marks a second collaboration between the two companies following the 2024 completion of the 6 Falak project in Dubai Internet City.
