Swerve Strickland Named One of Rolling Stone’s Top Summer Music Artists

Rolling Stone UK listed AEW star Swerve Strickland among its "Top 10 artists to watch this summer," highlighting his rapid rise in the music world alongside his professional‑wrestling career. The magazine noted his collaborations with Grammy‑winning producers, recordings with well‑known hip‑hop artists, and appearances on platforms such as The Breakfast Club, HOT 97 and XXL’s Freshman issue.

Strickland is currently on hiatus from All Elite Wrestling after his last match at Forbidden Door 2026, where he fell to Will Ospreay in the Owen Hart Cup final. AEW president Tony Khan said the wrestler remains in good standing with the promotion and could return to television soon. In addition to music, Strickland is preparing to launch a new record label, release an album, and debut a clothing line later this year.
