Swing and retro dance events scheduled in Bergamo and Malpensa

Several swing and retro-themed cultural events are scheduled in Italy. In Bergamo, Daste Bergamo will host ‘The Swing Home Night’ on Friday, September 25. This free event is dedicated to swing, boogie, and rock’n’roll culture, featuring a musical selection by DJ Raffo The Twist. The initiative aims to provide a permanent, inclusive space for the swing dance community to gather and socialize.

Additionally, the Volandia museum near Malpensa airport will hold the fourth edition of ‘Swing Dance Flight’ on Saturday, September 26. Set within the former Officine Caproni area, the event features live music from the Boogie Banausen and Np Big Band, alongside DJ sets. The program includes a burlesque performance by Naturally Ginger, a vintage market, and food trucks, all set against the backdrop of the museum’s aircraft collection.
