Swiss art museums announce upcoming exhibitions

The Kunsthaus Zug and Kunstmuseum Bern have unveiled their upcoming exhibition schedules.

At Kunsthaus Zug, the exhibition ‘Chamber, Chamber’ will feature a dialogue between the photographic works of Kyra Tabea Balderer and the paintings of Raphael Egil. Running from October 24, 2026, to February 7, 2027, the showcase explores how images are created and perceived in the age of artificial intelligence, utilizing variations of motifs and art historical references.

Kunstmuseum Bern has announced its 2027 program, highlighted by a major exhibition of Franz Marc titled ‘The Search for a Better World.’ Running from February 26 to July 4, 2027, it will be the first comprehensive solo exhibition of the Blue Rider co-founder in Switzerland. The museum will also host ‘Digital Worlds’ from April 9 to August 22, 2027, focusing on immersive digital art, including video games and installations. Additionally, the museum will present a large-scale exhibition of French artist Camille Bombois in the autumn.
