Swiss Ladies Open: Spanish duo leads as Indian golfers start modestly

Indian golfers Pranavi Urs and Diksha Dagar opened the Swiss Ladies Open with modest performances. Urs carded a 1-under 70 to tie for 16th place, while Dagar shot an even par 71, placing her tied 32nd. Tvesa Malik, making her first Ladies European Tour start since May, finished the round at 1-over, tied 65th.

Spanish players Luna Sobron Galmes and Amaia Latorre currently share the lead after both recording 6-under 65. Blanca Fernandez follows in third place with a 66. Meanwhile, England’s Alice Hewson, who is attempting a historic third consecutive victory at the event, began her round at 1-over after two holes.
