Swiss museums host major exhibitions by Leutenegger, Lassnig, and Munch

Major Swiss museums are hosting significant art exhibitions. At Museum Tinguely in Basel, the exhibition ‘SPACES BETWEEN’ dedicated to Zilla Leutenegger is on display until March 7, 2027. The showcase features ten multimedia installations and three monotypes that have been specifically adapted to the museum's architecture, creating a dialogue with the works of Jean Tinguely.

Meanwhile, Kunsthaus Zürich is presenting its first double exhibition, ‘Maria Lassnig and Edvard Munch: Painterly Flow = Life Flow,’ running until February 21, 2027. The exhibition features approximately 150 works, exploring themes of the human body, perception, and existence through the lens of the Austrian painter Maria Lassnig and the Norwegian artist Edvard Munch. This collaboration with the Hamburger Kunsthalle highlights the museum's extensive collection of Munch's paintings.
