Swiss Prime Site reports increased H1 profits and confirms 2026 guidance
Swiss real estate company Swiss Prime Site AG reported an increase in its first-half financial results. Funds from operations (FFO I) rose to CHF 172.9 million, or CHF 2.15 per share, compared to CHF 166.5 million, or CHF 2.10 per share, in the previous year. Net profit, including revaluations, climbed to CHF 192.5 million, representing a growth of approximately 17 percent.
In the real estate segment, rental income increased by 2.2 percent to CHF 230.6 million. The company’s real estate portfolio value rose by 0.6 percent to CHF 14 billion, while the vacancy rate remained stable at 3.7 percent. The asset management division, Swiss Prime Site Solutions, saw revenue growth of 5.2 percent to CHF 40 million, with total assets under management reaching CHF 14.8 billion.
Swiss Prime Site confirmed its guidance for 2026, expecting FFO I to reach the upper end of the projected range of CHF 4.25 to CHF 4.30 per share. The company expects continued growth in rental income and a reduction in vacancy rates, alongside anticipated new money inflows of approximately CHF 1 billion in asset management.
