Swiss Schlager Star Beatrice Egli Debuts as Actress in Sat.1 Series “Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof”

Swiss singer Beatrice Egli, who won "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" in 2013, has taken her long‑standing acting ambition to the screen. She will appear as Celine Huber in the Sat.1 series "Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof", with her guest role slated to air from late summer. Egli, who previously studied acting in Hamburg, described the part as a "new career chapter" and said it allows her to "embody a character and dive into a new role".

The debut follows recent interviews in which she spoke about pursuing both music and acting, and comes as she continues to perform at events such as the summer camp for Schlager stars in Carinthia, Austria. The series marks Egli's first credited television acting appearance, expanding her presence from the German‑language music scene into German TV drama.
