In a Comparis study of Swiss internet providers, Sasag Kabelkommunikation AG earned a gold rating, securing a shared second place with a score of 5.2 out of 6. The Schaffhausen-based company was noted for its high marks in transparency, communication, and customer contact points. The company attributed its success to its regional roots, agility, and personal service.

In the mobile communications sector, the family-owned provider spusu received a platinum award in the same Comparis satisfaction survey. The company, which has grown to 80,000 customers in Switzerland, emphasizes its use of in-house customer service staff rather than outsourced call centers to ensure high quality and short wait times.
