Switzerland: Updated radar and speed control locations released

Authorities in several Swiss cantons have released updated information regarding the locations of speed enforcement measures as of October 11, 2026.

In Luzern, semistationary radar locations include Hochdorf, Luzern, Reiden, and Sursee, alongside stationary installations on the A14. St. Gallen has reported 10 published locations, while Basel-Stadt maintains 12 fixed installations. Schwyz utilizes two permanent and eight semistationary sites. Other cantons providing updates include Solothurn, Basel-Landschaft, and Ticino, though enforcement methods vary by region.

Officials note that while specific locations are published, mobile speed controls can be conducted at any time outside of these designated areas.
